This 4 ingredients baked tofu always enhances my rice or noodle recipes as it tastes so delicious and looks really appetising as well. I tried this for the first time When I made soba noodles with roasted goodies last Summer. I was very impressed with the flavour and how easy it is to make the baked tofu. So this has been one of my favourite recipes since then.
I used to marinate tofu in the similar way but always fried in some oil in a frying pan. Because tofu sticks to the pan I ended up adding more oil while cooking. However, you only need 1 table spoon of oil for this recipe so they are not so much oily but super delicious!
