Ingredients
  

  • 15 small Potatoes
  • Oil I used sunflower oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Wash the potatoes and slice each one but make sure they are still attach to the base.
  • Place them on a baking tray and drizzle some oil over and sprinkle some salt.With your hand, rub the oil into each potatoes until well coated.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown. The baking time varies depending on the size of your potatoes.
