Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6) and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Wash the potatoes and slice each one but make sure they are still attach to the base.
Place them on a baking tray and drizzle some oil over and sprinkle some salt.With your hand, rub the oil into each potatoes until well coated.
Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown. The baking time varies depending on the size of your potatoes.
